Recruitment Procedure:

We have a well-established recruitment program that helps us to hire only the best for our jobs. And those who are selected are trained, tested and given short-term assignments first to check their compatibility and then provided with stringent tasks after competition of their on-job training.

While recruitment new personnel we ensure that the applicant is:

  • Has a certified past work record
  • At least 18 years of age and above
  • A motivated individual with personal integrity and honesty
  • Does not have any past history of alcoholism or drug use
  • Does not have any past history of any conviction or jail sentence
  • Does not suffer from any mental or physical disabilities in terms of fitness
  • Has the ability to read, speak, and write basic Hindi and English language

While providing reliable security to cash and facility management services, it is necessary that we check all the documents related to an individual to establish authenticity and genuineness. We check and keep copies of the personal documents as record:

  • Certificates supporting the educational qualifications along with mark sheets
    • X certificate and mark sheet
    • XII certificate and mark sheet
    • Any degree certificates/semester/year-wise mark sheets
    • Any diploma/PG diploma certificates and transcripts
  • For personal identification and address proof
    • Voter ID/AADHAR Card/ Passport
    • Ration Card
    • Pan Card
  • Last salary slip/salary certificate, if any
  • Relieving letter from last organization, if any
  • Service certificate/proof of employment from the present and all previous employers, if any
  • Passport-sized colour photographs
  • Employment verification form
  • Enrolment Form
